How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Using white card, stamp phrase and bats on upper half of card. Stamp pumpkins across bottom, using a stamp alignment tool to place them. Keep the design above the bottom of the card. Cut below the pumpkins all the way across. Glue orange panel behind front of card. Add color with markers.
